I followed this tutorial steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=186918306#140946 but was unable to unlock unplayable factions in the Caesar in Gaul DLC.
I pulled the DB from the data_rome2.pack, and the startpos.esf from the main_gaul directory, rather than main_rome, as I understand that to be the DLC specific startpos file.
Any pointers, or something I might be missing that is specific to the DLC?
