Org down occasionally

From time to time I can't access this place, anyone else run into this occasionally?

Usually lasts the good part of a day, as it did today (Sunday).

I couldn't access the Org either for about 10-12 hours. It seems okay now.

The Org's server occasionally crashes and we have to wait for our hosts to restart the server. Seems to be happening about once a month at the moment.
