Would you like a Hall of Fame??

I'd personally love a Hall of Fame similar to Civ3 to record all my campaign attempts and give me a better sense of achievement. This would instill a feeling of always wanting to better the last attempt thereby increasing MTW replayability.

The GAs were a nice step in the right direction although because they are currently bugged and they don't record your score anywhere their usefulness is debatable.

I found the entire end game sequence to be very disappointing and stinking of rush job cheap and nastyness - cant even compare your score from one game to the next - no movie - or cut scenes

Apart from being medieval which I have a fetish for, Shogun TW walked all over this game as far as finish and quality

id really like a hall of fame, it is so dissapointing if u dont conquer the whole map.. u get told that u were defeated, and thats it, no record of the fact that as the poles i slogged away against giant nations and still finished with most of western europe to my name.

I also miss it. I would love it if they would combine civilization with the battle Engine of Total War. The information displays and the total management of the Civ game is so much better. I agree that MTW looks like it had to be finished before a deadline no matter the cost.

Seems all those that want a scoring system are the ones writing in. I find it difficult to believe everyone wouldn't want to know how well they did vis-a-vis the computer. Perhaps the dissenting votes are only in it for MP?

Dunno if anyone has every played Pirates Gold (basically Pirates with a nicer UI) but that had a good hall of fame system. At the end of your pirating days (i.e. game over) you get told what job you got when you left pirateering and what you made of your life.

Dunno why I brought that up really, but it was a good system. Wouldn't really suit MTW though.

I completed my first SP GA campaign last night and was rather disapointed with the ending- it gave me the option of completing the game as a minor victory but I still battled on and got a rather lackluster ending.

There really should be some sort of more polished ending- a short movie etc - something to make you feel you've accomplished something. A Hall of Fame would help this.

Yes, can't believe MTW doesn't actually record a score. beyond a Hall of Fame, I'd like a History document, that lists your Kings through the years, together with all battles won and lost, the generals involved etc.

In fact, what I'd really like is a family tree of my royal family. Like those genealogical charts you get in the history books. Maybe then we could figure out what happens to all those princesses that get married off and never heard from again.
