I don't know about you but i'm kind of annoyed with the current system of upgrading unit armour and weapons. The inability to keep certain upgrades acquired from one province while gaining the upgrades of another is in my opinion kinda silly. e.g. unit A is produced in province B which contains a masterarmourer and acquires level three armour in its training, now province C has iron deposites and a metalsmith, but has no armoury built yet. In an attempt to gain both upgrades for unit A, one drops said unit into the training queue of province C and what happens unit A pops out with nice new shiney weapons but alas NO ARMOUR. Now I know over time a provice with iron can be built up to offer all possible W&A upgrades but then you have the problem of that province not being able to train all the unit types you want to improve, again kinda silly. My solutions are simple either revert back to the way this was handled in stw or more interestingly have the option in a province offering a superior upgrade to either train a unit or to build a quantity or amour or improves weapons. If you chose the later then it would show up similiar to how a title appears on the map but instead of scrolls it would appear as little swords or a small suits of amour. You would then move it like any other unit on the map to which ever unit you wish to have it. Just a thought.
