I remember all his movies when I grew up. Flubber, Ms. Doubtfire, Patch Adams and all those funs. RIP.

I'll watch Moscow on the Hudson. I haven't seen it in a long long time. And I'm beginning to feel nostalgic for NYC.

R.I.P. He was a very talented actor, but I think he was at his best when he improv-ed. Just ask his a question and off he went...and where he would go was anybodies guess. ~:)

I remember his appearance on Inside the Actors Studio. It was amazing. A program note said that he had one lady laughing so much she had to be sent to the hospital. I remember the lady because you could hear her laugh hysterically throughout the first part of the program. Brilliant episode with Robin at his best.

Oh boy, he seems to have committed suicide. RIP, lovely man, even in Turkey you shall be remembered with your "Good Morning, Vietnam".

How sad. Reminds me of poem

Nobody heard him, the dead man,
But still he lay moaning:
I was much further out than you thought
And not waving but drowning.

Poor chap, he always loved larking
And now he’s dead
It must have been too cold for him his heart gave way,
They said.

Oh, no no no, it was too cold always
(Still the dead one lay moaning)
I was much too far out all my life
And not waving but drowning.

RIP. It is so sad that a person who could give joy and lighten up the mood of so many succumbed in the end to depression. I guess he gave so much joy that he ran out of it himself.
