[Boii] No faction announcements

I've been playing for about an hour now with the Boii and so far i just love it! I have to force myself to end now so I get some sleep for tomorrow.
I just noticed that no faction announcements popped up after each turn, even though my generals were ou on campaign and were rationing their food. I then checked if it works with another faction (Seleucids) and it was fine.

Only the worst supply state now causes an announcement. You're supposed to know that your army campaigning in enemy lands can get into logistics challenges. In case the player doesn't realize this, you still get that warning at the worst level, when it's gone too far and your army is in peril due to the morale hit.

There are quite a few triggers adjusting the supply situation, so when we had announcements for all the states, there were a multitude of announcements for each character cluttering up the display.

Don't worry, report stuff that you think isn't right. There surely is a lot of it! That is, don't report it if it's listed in the NOT a bug thread, of course. But anything else.
