i'd like to assist with the making of this mod by adding actual campaign map voices to there prospective factions i mean the romani have voice on the campaign map why not the rest of the factions? but the thing is i dont know who to contact in order to get started on that could some one tell me? i mean im no voice actor or anything if you guys have the files i could try coding them into the game for you :)

As it stands, we don't have a real "head" to the mod. We do have an unofficial council that has veto power, but that is about it.

We already have someone on the mod that is able to do the coding. We haven't really nailed down what we want to do for the campaign map voices. I have limited access to a recording studio and we intend to make some fixes to the voices. When that will happen, I do not know.

Why is it unofficial? :)

nope--we are an anarcho-syndicalist commune, where power is vested in a council of modders by the consent of the modders of the project. we see no reason to assign mod leadership to some "leader" who claims to wield supreme executive power just because some watery tart threw a sword at him...

*EDIT: wait, I have been told no one claimed that they had a sword thrown at them by a watery tart. forget what I said
