I want to know how exactly I can edit the armys, navys and agents skill points per level up (1 or 5 for example to use for skills) and the same for army and navy traditions. Also how am I supposed to edit the experience needed for a level up?
Using DAtabase Visual Editor or something else? Which table(s)? And afterwards just replace the startpos?
