Non-Playable Factions?

Julii career is going well, but im wondering how to start a career with some other factions that are non - playable.
Sure some of you guys out there will know!

If you don't want to edit the .txt file, you can use a little MOD by an Italian user, Sirius 21 is his name. You can find it here (http://www.totalwargamesitalia.it/allfactions.html).
