So what's the "Real" Patch?

well i downloaded the pacth.i install it; everything ok ; but after that appeared some strange thing at the general names; especially at those that have titles ; smthin like : "unknown name" i dont remember exactly;
i uninstalled the patch and now i played without; does that bug affect somehow the gameplay? cause if not i will reinstall the patch; GilJaysmith ?

If that's happening it won't affect the gameplay; it's a bug, but only a minor one.
