Two questions...

Is here anyone who can explain me what does it mean:

1) XXXXXXs achieved an unheard-of level of developement
2) Inquisition terror about to rise in the province. Some people killed etc.

Have these vents any impact on my game? I haven't noticed any...

1. Unheard-of level of development is just a kind of statis report to let you know who is leading in the tech. race.

2. The Inquisition message just lets you know that an inquisitor is going a little crazy in a provence. I believe it lowers the income from that provence.

Yees, last two are clear...
But what about technology leader? Does it means that he built most developed buildings? Or most of them?

Technological achievement message: is for "the most advanced building was built". I found it a bit misleading, so I didn't pay much attention to that.

For instance, I have 90% of my provinces in the 200% happiness (good king, caught rebels and released them all, built churches, agriculture, etc.) but has just conquered 10% of the territory, I lost my status of most happy people http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif. But the Novogrod.... They have only 1 province most of the time... and they can manage to be happy all the time http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif.
