When our empires developers were betatesting the upcoming logfilereader it showed that most (esp) nooby names didnt spent teh florin allowed.
I am not speaking about a very small group that dont upgrade any unit at all but teh ones who leave 100-50 florins left in a 15000k game.
in most situations its possible to hussle-hassle around with teh upgrade levels that u have 50 florins or even much less not spended.
