It's been almost 200 hundred turns but I see no signs of the reformations, can someone tell me what are the requirements for these reformations?
In case anyone wanted to know, here are a things which I think might have something to do with this problem:-
1-Baktra,a city previously owned by the faction, well,Baktra until I conquered it is my capital
2-Nomadism culture isn't the main culture in it.
3-Baktra has a few Eastern Greek buildings
4-Baktra has a Hellenistic Polis
5-I set Baktra to an Allied Oligraphic city.
Any help would be deeply appreciated here.
Baktra does not have anything to do with the reforms afaik...
What you need to do should be this:
Settling (Faction Leader needs to have the settled trait and you need to build wooden walls in at least 3 of the following settlements: Oyrta, Sulek, Chach, Bukharakh, Khiva or Nisaya)
Empire (Need to be settled for 40 turns and have level 3 farms)
Domain (Should trigger by expanding and/or have your Faction Leader gain more authority)

How do I build wooden walls in the settlements that you mentioned? Most of these settlements are camps and I don't know how to build wooden walls in camps because it doesn't seem possible in the "Building Browser" menu.
Should work like the conversion for the Sauromatae: demographic growth, do not build the top level of livestocks/herds, but wait for the farming option to come up. Soon as you build farms, you will be able to convert camps to settlements...

So,do I demolish the livestock/herd buildings that I have in these settlements and wait for the farming option to appear or can I still be able to build the first level of livestock/herd buildings there and still get the reform?
I think the first level is completely fine...

1 more question. In order to being the reform process,do I have to build the "Permanent settlement" thing in the cities that have researched the highest level of camp farming?
The Permanent Settlement is the conversion from camp to settlement, I think you do need it to build wooden walls yes...

1 last question. In order to build the "Saka Royal Domain",which is available only after the second reform,in one of my settlements,do I have to build the "Saka Settled Administration" thing first?
