Multiplayer is so slow

Hi i play with my friend online campaign, and if we are in a battle, the enemys runs so slow or stand for 2 sek and then they run.

How can i fix that?

It sounds like one of you has a slower system. Basically, you should drop the graphics settings (and unit sizes) so they match the ability of the slower system to handle those.
