Ways to get Ceasefires other than with Emissaries?

Obtaining ceasefires?

One way, i think, is by having no land borders with the enemy faction and no ships blockading the others ports?

Are there any other ways other than using emissaries of course? For example, having no battles across conencting borders for at least 20 years or something? http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

I wish there was an "Auto Cease Fire" Button , "Auto Propose Marriage" button and other diplomatic options.

So you can select a emisary, then select the target nation, and instead of manualy moving your emisary looking for the right person to drag/drop him on, the CPU will find one, and do the job for you.

Because im lazy i dont propose alliences, i just say yes when the computer player sends his emmisary to me.

By this i do not mean have the CPU manage all your diplomatic affiars like they do with your armies when auto train units is on.

I just want to click a button and have the AI move emmisary for me
