Does anyone remember that old 2-d cooperative bombing game? You had bombs and tried to blast your way to and kill each other. I loved that game, but cannot find it anywhere.

No, it was an indie I think. Really basic graphics. Your bombs had timers and you would lay them and run away.

Sounds a lot like Bomberman, or a spin-off from it.

There are tons of versions of it, I have never played the one linked above, but I remember it on my old black&white gameboy. There was even 'Wario Blast' which they basically replaced Bomberman with Wario.

The series goes from pac-man basic to 3D version.

I think it was some time in the early 2000's. I learned about it from a guy on the TTLG forums.
