Kingdoms 1.5 problem

Really thorny issue here with M2TW - 1.5 Kingdoms is simply not working on Windows 7 64-bit. :inquisitive:

M2TW works fine, Kingdoms 1.4 works fine, but when I patch the game to 1.5 it simply stops working. Just like that. It doesn't even start.

I installed M2TW outside Program Files, and disabled UAC + gave full permissions. Still nothing.

Any thoughts?
