I also thought that a chatroom was something that the org didn't have...but I think that a chatroom would promote bad manners and abuse of patrons. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/argue.gif Currently what we write can be edited by ourselves or removed by the moderators if it is outside the guild rules on conduct...this a good thing because what we write in the heat of the moment is often different to what rational thought can produce.

Chatrooms always seem to have a large proportion of users that orally attack and abuse other people. In this forum we have something not often seen else where...a society of debaters http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif sure we have our moments of passion and write stuff that is better left unsaid... but that option of editing our posts into something less offensive and the ability of the moderators to remove the more offensive posts keeps us from degenerating into savage barbarian warriors that just want a slanging match...
