MTW democracy game

i suggest we make a democracy game in this forum, just like this (http://forums.civfanatics.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=78) only not in civ3 but im MTW

one member would be one citizen and everything is in just one MTW campaign. there will be elections for: military department, trade departement, domestic departement, foreign departement, province governors and ofcourse president. all departements must post a poll on important desisions and after a week or so the president has got his orders on what to do and plays 20-30 years.

sounds fun, but as the de facto icon maker, I'd prefer to avoid all the hard work.
