Did you know that Sweden owes the pope 22.000 silver florins or something I don't know what currency was then. They were going to war against Russia in 1351 and the money was never payed back?

I have noticed this too. In my current game, Byz owned much of the east but kept fighting the same rebel provinces. They would win, the province would revolt again and they would throw another stack or two away winning it again, only to have the same thing happen again. Meanwhile, the Egyptians took advantage of the Byz obsession and took over almost all over the Byz territory with almost no fight because the Byz were too busy with the same revolt 10 times. This is a serious bug in the AI if you ask me.

the main problem is that imho AI "forgets" to support the loyality above 100%, couse i saw several times the provinces that had high taxation and 90% loyality under the AI rule...
