I have read somewhere that playing with the rebels is considered "easy"... don't know.
Perhaps with the early settings, but later, with bigger armies... mmm...

what do you think ?

here is my very short "rebel" expererience :

- have tried it once... 10 minutes.
- use the .conan. cheat to enable it.
- have tried it with early settings on normal difficulty.
- after 1 round, the rebel army is soooo big at the beginning and the overall land's
income average, I had something like -2000 gold ... http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/eek.gif

Can it be considered as a "faction" as it is possible to play them just as a standard faction ?

Aah, playing with the PAGANS hahaha http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/tongue.gif

Yes the AI cheats like hell and CA have made the rebels occur too much they are al over the place, leave a faction unguarded for a season and about 10,000 rebels turn up all of a sudden but luckily there just pesant armies, still a nusience though.

well ive seen one faction in norway conquer sweeden, then make ships, then take on russia

if the rebels dont cheat, then what do they do?
