General or Characters age slower.

Hi I was wondering if there was a mod out there where I can make my generals age slower. Rather than 2 turns per 1 year in age. Like 10-20 turns per 1 year in age for the generals. They die too fast before I can get anything done by them. If there is can someone direct me to the post please. I cant seem to find anything on the ages of generals.

They age depending on winter/summer. Therefore you must follow a 4tpy tutorial.
