Installing Viking Invasion wih out MTW?

I would like to know if it is possible to install VI with out MTW?I let it sit on hdd and when I decided to pick it up today it wouldn't load.It would do anything when clicking on as admin the icon.

I just want to go play the Vikings

AFAIK, VI is an add on to MTW, so it can't exist without it. But I don't really see a problem: install MTW VI and play only VI.

Ok.Thanks thought there might of been away.I just wonder why it wouldn't load after several attempts.
