Have you checked the steam workshop for one? Im sure it has been made already. Though it might result in massive agent spamming by the AI.

Strange, felt like it was already that way as it was. With the ability to flip allegiance I could have 50 or a 100 of them if I was so inclined, I'm not, which is why I took to just killing them off. You're the first person I've ever encountered looking for a way to add more of something everyone else feels is out of control stupid.
