Mod problem after changing 2 additional regions!

Hiho, I swapped many regions for Imperator Augustus yesterday and got everything working just fine, now I decided to swap two more regions today and I've re done my progress multiple times now, I just can't figure out why I get this on creating the start pos:

Can anybody tell me what the red line means?

The start pos factions only includes changes to the Roman and Parthian moneys, besides that, I discovered this line(s), is that normal or probably the source of the error?
Didn't do anything to the Alani and why they go two lines?

Rep to Magnar, it got fixed, the green line got somehow into the start pos factions and needed to be deleted, if anyone else will ever have this problem
