A pair of leggings display the same scene. Although damaged, together, much of the scene can be seen:
A battle between Arabs, Persians and Ethiopians. Coptic textile fragment, Egypt, late 6th or early 7th century, Musee des Tissus, Lyon, France (http://warfare.tk/6-10/Coptic-Textile-Battle-Tissus.htm)

The ruler sits on a throne with his sword held in a similar way to Sassanid scenes, e.g. the Strelka dish, displaying Khusrau I with his Court, 5th to 6th century AD (http://warfare.tk/Persia/Sasanian_Plate_of_Khusrau_I.htm)

The horns on the throne appear (though less emphasised) in later arabic manuscripts e.g. Illustrations from Maqamat of al-Hariri, Bibliothèque nationale de France, manuscript Arabe 3929, (painted by al-Wasiti) 2nd quarter of 13th century (http://warfare.tk/13/MSarabe3929-2ndQ13thC.htm)

On an Umayyad textile with a Sasanian King, Iran or Central Asia, 7th-8th century (http://warfare.tk/6-10/Umayyad_textile-Sasanian_king-David_coll.htm), the throne is supported by animals, which is common in Sassanid art, e.g. Sassanid Cup of Khusrau I, Detail of King, 6th century AD (http://warfare.tk/Persia/Sasanian_Cup_of_Khusrau_I.htm)
