Hello there. I was wondering if its a good idea to keep any FMs with rather high influence away from settlements that I need the main culture of that settlement reduced?
Playing as the Numidians, the reforms require that the Arid Nomadism Culture drops to a certain level but the FMs have a rather high influence stat.
