Roma Surrectum 2 Still Playable?

Hello everyone. I apologize if this seems redundant but I love this game and have been unable to play it since Microsoft, the Evil Empire, have tricked me into updating my system to Windows 10. I have recently purchased a wiped windows 7 computer and am desperate to get this amazing mod to work again. I can't seem to find where to download the mod and when I try the Stickied hyperlink to the download, nothing happens,

I would be very grateful to anyone who could guide me in how to get this game to work again for me. I currently have a brand new CD of RTW Gold.
