Police are hunting for a man who attacked five people with a chainsaw in the Swiss town of Schaffhausen.
Franz Wrousis is alleged to have launched his assault at a health insurance office shortly after 10:30 local time (08:30 GMT).
The attack sparked a manhunt involving more than 100 officers from both Switzerland and Germany.
Police say the 51-year-old, who lives in the woods, is dangerous and believed to be still armed with the chainsaw.
His exact motives are still not clear, but police Major Ravi Landolt told a news conference: "This is not an attack against a hypothetical person. This is clearly against people from the insurer."

Small miracle nobody's dead, he probably didn't actually want to kill anyone it's a chainsaw after all these things cut through trees. Suicide by cop-attempt perhaps? People who have nothing to lose can do strange things

It was reported as an "act of terror" when it was breaking news. Obviously, it was less terrorist and more wackjob with a chainsaw complaining about health insurance when the details emerged.

So technically it is an 'Act of Terror' but it isn't a Terrorist Attack.

Terrorist attacks, by definition, attempt to serve or at least further some political goal or agenda. This sounds more as though it was an attempt at splashy "suicide by cop" and a Warholic 15 minutes.

Yeah, he just wanted to be killed, he didn't actually kill anyone himself nor wanted to, minor injuries from a chainsaw are like kissing random strangers, just more noisy. What we now already understand will be facts later
