Victory requirements

What do you need to actually do in a normal campaign? Conquer 75%?

It's 60% for a minor victory

And you can score that when exactly? Before a certain date or at any time?

Any time prior to the campaign end date (1453 vanilla Grand, 1066 vanilla VI). When you reach 60% it will give you a notification, asking if you want to continue for complete victory (100%).

I didn't realize that the VI campaign ended just prior to the invasions of King Haraldr Hardrádi of Norway and William the bastard of Normandy. :)
