to download replayes from threads posted on the Org, just right-click on the link, and use the save target option.

you can load the replay from your MTW game under the option for Replays in the menu.

Go to the MTW downloads section, just click 'em and choose save.

Then save them in the MTW>Savegames>Battles dir.

Then you can go into the game and view the replays http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif.
