Unit stats in 1.21

Hi guys,

Giving 1.21 a go!

*Think its running on ALEX.

My question is unit stats seem off in the sense -

- heavy elite unit such as Samnite Heavy infantry have 10 attack (nil upgrade or experience) light weapon type

- seemingly lesser units like Samnite medium spearman have 14 attack (nil upgrade or experience) light weapon type

Is this an intentional re-balance? If so it doesn't seem to make sense.

Actually found the old EB unit viewer and the stats are exactly the same as in EB 1.2 so ignore me :-)
