Problem with console for cheats

I would like to know if it's possible to cheat in a campaign after disabling the console before starting the campaign. I mean, I would like to know if I can enable the console for cheats if I have disabled the console in the campaign settings.

This is actually a valid question and I don't think you can to be honest - since you disabled the console.
