1 Grey Seer (Screaming Bell + Plague Rash + Arcane Conduit + The Dreaded Thirteenth Spell + Vermintide + Plague + Warpstorm Scroll)
1 Assassin (Concealment Bombs + Rival Hide Talisman)
1 Skaven Slaves
4 Skaven Slave Spears
2 Stormvermin Halberdiers
1 Blightscaps Plaguepack
2 Poisoned Wind Mortars
5 Skavenslave Slingers
2 Hell Pit Abomination
Would probably need more Mortars. Not sure about the Assassin.
Maybe something like this:

5 Skaven Slaves
1 Stormvermin Halberdiers

2 Hell Pit Abomination
This would probably fare better as there are already two Abominations and Grey Seer can muster more Stormvermins through Threaded Thirteen. This is also the maximum army size holding 6 summons, thus making it largest possible army in true Skaven fashion. Lots to chew through but could be that there is not much to it.
