Installation Problems with Steam- I already followed the guide.

Hey there! I have two questions, a technical suggestion and a gameplay suggestion! I also want to say Europa Barbaroum was the best game I Ever played, (I think I first played 10 years ago. However I am having issues with the install (I am a steam user). I followed the instructions but I keep on getting errors saying a dll and mss file is missing. What can I do?

My game is not on a c drive but d drive, where all of my other Steam games are.

This video can help you get around most of the installation issues that arise, personally, I followed all the official instructions and it all works out.
