Castle Keep

Is it possible to place my unit(s) inside a castle Keep as a last line of defense after the walls and/or two gates are breached? Often I can mount a very spirited defense until I definitely need a unit or two to fight from inside the Keep for the last few minutes.

Sorry, no, it's not possible. Buildings on the battlemap are basically just obstacles, with the added bonus that castle parts will shoot out a few arrows, no doubt to simulate you having some guys in there ....

Which is a shame, really, even in M2TW this feature was not implemented...
