US Users: Download Expansion Pack vs Buy Warlord Edition

Yet another decision in life. God I hate democracy...

So what is the general consensus: Should I download the expansion pack only directly from EA or should I shell out the $40 on the complete Warlord edition?

Think you misundertood.....

They wont let you download the MI version. You have to pay $20 or so, then they will ship the box to you through carrier when its released.

Hmmm... I'm sure there's a reason they're doing it this way...

It would be too easy for them to, say, just ship the expansion pack alongside the Warlord edition. Or would two boxes (three if the old game are still around) confuse the masses?

well...

The warlord edition pack comes comes with the first version of stw i think. and the expansion which is 20 bucks cheaper requires the first version of stw. Like how most expansion packs work...
