Help | startpos.esf modifying | emerged emerging factions

Hello community, I was wondering if you could guide me or release such a MOD?

I play with DarthMod and have taken a look at the startpos.esf file, but I am unsure what I am exactly doing...

I want to implement the emergent factions as players throughout the game (not rebels).

Emergent factions (https://wiki.totalwar.com/w/Factions_in_Empire:_Total_War.html) like:

Afghanistan
Gran Colombia
Greece

Ireland
Mamelukes

Naples & Sicily

Further more, I thought it would be cool to implement a 'Kingdom of Israel' into the game with Judaism religion.
