Just wondering becasuse I am playing and one of my 0 gen.'s have a lazy trait? is their a way to have him get unlazy? Also how does one become a blackmailer? or adulter? I know how you get hard to kill, bulder, and stuff like that just the bad things...I dont know how you get them lol. And what determines when they get them, I have 5 other 0 gen leaders with no vices/virtues. thanks

Send them to battle to prove they're heroic.

I don't think you can do anything about the 'Lazy' vice once your general has gotten it. In fact I think all vices are permanent, but you can try and avoid them in the first place, by making sure your generals regularly get into fights.
Incidentally, does it really matter with 0-star gens? IMHO you should worry more about your more senior commanders, because sub-commanders and govenors are not differentiated on the field of battle, and all too often get killed in the mayhem http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/frown.gif
