(story Continued from last post.)
As the Turkish King looked eastward for a threat, his forces were taking much of North Africa. and before long the Turkish Empire covered the earstern part of the map. Constinople was still firmly under Trukish rule, and no empire dared take on the Mighty Turkish. However in 1230 what the Turkish Sultan feared most becam a reality, the GH arrived with a force of 25,000 in Khazar. The provence fell without a fight as the Empire's Army were greatly outnumbered.the following year the Mongols wasted no time and invaded the lands to the west that was under Turkish Rule as well. much of those lands fell. under such numbers who could win? while in the south the Turkish forces were doing no better. a great general who had fought off the Spanish ordered his army of 2800 to make a stand in Georgia. as the mongols approached, an army of 3000 was spoted entering the provence.

the terrain at georgia was a defenders dream. as 2 high mountains over looked thr provence and provided a fine spot to defend. the General camped upon the western hill while his second in command (also heir to the throne) camped on the eastern hill. the Mongols entered the provence with a vast force that made the Turkish army tremble at its site. with a Yell the mongols charged the east hill first. Saracen Infantry and Mecenary Troops fought the Mongol hordes with great valor. the GH chaged the hill a number of 4 times before they got the Turkish forces off of it. even then our troops didnt give up so easily, They fell back, regrouped, and charged the Mongols. causing a small bit of confusion, but the GH rebounded killed and drove them from the field. as the General on the western hill was now under attack from the full power of the GH, Reinforcments arrived and attacked the Mongols from the rear. as the battle raged the Troops on the western hill charged off high ground and took on the GH King in an attempt to Kill him. it would prove to be in vain as the General of the Turks was cut down. with their leader dead the troops retreated. Geogia was lost after a great battle. however only 72 men survived the battle..
Losses amounted across the Empire as it seemed the Mongols couldnt be stoped. even the Soldiers who had defeated the Spanish could not stand to a charge from the Mongol Heavy Calvery. The Turkish King, Seeing the sufering of his people attacked the Mongol King in Mercia, (it apeared he was after Constinople) my King's Main force now faced off against the Mongols Main Force.

With Numbers on our side my troops were confident, however we had yet to win against the mongols in battle. as the two armies met both calvarys charged each other. Mine did quite well untill the Mongol Heavy Calvery Led by the GH King attacked. My King moved in to counter with a force of his own. as the 2 calvary forces battled Infantry and missle troops fought eachother with ferocity. Sacrecen Infantry was once again up against the GH, 300 troops charged the GH main line wile 200 circeled around behind. when it apeared my troops began to win i orded the rest to charge, The result was devestating. Mongols fell right and left. the mongol king Sounded the retreat, however before he left the field he struck down my leader. the mongol army left the field. My troops were Triumphant, however the suffered a great lose.
We had defeated the Mongols and gained our First Victory, however it came at a high price. With the Turkish King dead a new one was crowned, and he declared he would fight untill he had drove the GH out of the turkish lands. a massive attack happened all over the empire upon the Mongol territory. But no matter how we tried, we couldnt defeat the mongols...As the King battled them in the North a Civil War was declared.(thats right another one) battles from the Civil war weakend the Turkish Empire and our forces grew even weaker. Rebels claimed all of North Africa and Arabia, Syria, Tripoli, Palestine. a year after the Civil war the GH invaded Constinople.

Our Army has never been defeated here.Even The Byzantines, Spanish, French, English, none could take Constinople. Now the GH dared to Attack it. My King himself was there to defend it, as the Mongols marched into the Provence the Turkish Warriors had enough. This was were they would either stop them, or Fight to the Very Last man Trying. The Mongol Calvery charged our main line without hesitation. The Turkish Army (who had, up till now, never survived a direct charge from the MHC) stood their ground and began to win. mecenary forces from all over Europe were here in Constinople to fight for the Turkish King. Sarecen Infantry, Gazi Infantry, Lonbowman, Millitia Sergants all made up the Turkish Defence army. The mongols Fought Despretly as they began to lose. the Turks for once had the Monglos on the ropes, however all changed with the arrival of GH reinforcments. the Turkish force was split up as the battle raged, Reinforcments tried to make it in but were cut down by a group of MHC.the Turkish King fought aganst the Mongols alongside all of his troops. Warriors on both sides fell to sword and spear. arrows from both sides seemed to fall like rain upon the groups of fighters and still the battle went on. waves of reinforcment came in on both sides. the Mongols brought in a fresh group of MHC..then another and finaly another. they ordered the 3 units to charge on my king's unit and his small group of fighters. The Turkish King was slain in battle. the Warriors of the Turkish empire continued to battle even though their leader was dead. Finaly the Turks began to rout. and After 100 years of Turkish Rule, Constinople fell to Mongolian Hands. when my king was killed in this battle the faction was destroyed. Even though we had Defeated the Might of the Egyptians, the Spanish, and Taken and Defended Constinople from 4 Crusades, holding it for alittle under 100 years. My Warriors just couldn't stop the Mongol Hordes.
