What is the ToC?

Whats that table of contents thing? I looked in there and it just looked like a forum. But why is it special?

It is basically a list of links to other threads containing relevant and useful information. Back at Totalwar.com before MTW came out I made a ToC-esque sticky thread that contained all the info that could be found on the game, such as unit descriptions, screenshots, etc. It was really helpful when I needed to give info on the upcoming game to a newbie. I used it quite often, but I am not sure how many others used it as there was no readcounter.

Just about every "newbie" question that can be asked, is answered IN DETAIL in those threads.
