Is there difference between the happiness and the loyalty of a province? People could be sad due to high taxes or other factors, but be loyal because of the high dread value of the governor or of the high number of units in the province. I think that if this is true there would be two indicators per province, one showing the happiness and the other one showing the loyalty. Happiness should determinate the possibility of loyalist revolts, units morale, and maybe the productivity of the province. Loyalism should determinate the possibility of peasants and religious revolts...
