Graphical glitch?

Has anyone had ths graphical problem? The small flags on the back of every one of your soldiers suddenly changes to the same colour as your opponent, this is terribly annoying, especially in melee. Does this affect others or is it just me?

I've noticed since I got the 1.12 patch that if I alt-tab out of the game and come back, sometimes all the unit colors have changed or flicker to pastels. Really wierd.
