loyalty and happiness

I've noticed that certain VV's give, say, + 10 happiness. Will this alos give +10 loyalty to a province or provinces or will it do something else? If so what? Anyone out there in forum land know the answer?

A Kings Happiness bonuses increase loyalty across the realm and I would think this would apply province to province if a governor has a Virtue that adds a happiness bonus it would be to the province he governs an increas in Happiness which in turn effects Loyalty and productivity..
