Yellow knight could you explain abit more of what you know about the service? for example where do you live ? are you part of the pilot scheme? and do you know if the companys expanding to the edinburgh area?

I know this may not mean alot to you peeps who have broadband, but for most people in scotland if this thing takes off it will be the biggest step for broadband yet in our country

well im next to falkirk inbetween glasgow and edinburgh so im sorta smack bang in the middle of the central belt.

its cables blueyonder 1mg line service ive got, its not amazingly popular because u have to wait for cable to start working on your area before u can get it.

PS. my uncle got cable in 1997 and it took up until 2001 to get to me and its only a 5 mile distance.

Obviously there is only a select few who can do this, but it's quite obvious to me why it was. Perhaps it should have just been moved?, But who am I to say being just a lowly Man at arms and all.
