I read the previous post on TWA. But what happened to the creator again? Did he die or something?

okay this is enough of this question. next one who asks gets teh ban.

TWA was closed for reasons that the owner no longer wanted to keep it up; he's moved on to other things. There was talk of the Org getting the system and supporting i, but it never happened. From now on any more discussion on this or other closed sites should happen in the Watchtower or the Tavern.

Is anyone here considering doing an app that will provide the same functionality but for VI as well?

Basically you need to parse the unit_prod file and then present it in tabular form. Simple query and sort functions would help emulate what TotalWarAssembly did.

What would be even better is if CA provided a simpler tab-delimited table of just combat stats and costs for all the units. That would simplify the app quite a bit and it would also make it easier for people to browse the stats with Excel or something.
