babbages says they'll have it in the store wednesday morning by about 11 a.m. being a friend of the store manager he's setting aside a copy for me :) i'll be off work by 1 p.m. and have the copy by 2. back home by 3 and first map out by 4 :)
but dont expect to hear anything about it from me till MUCH later...gotta check it all out first ;)

hey kraellin, in another post on the GD board, did you say that the Warlord edition had been delayed till wednesday at your babbages?


has the release of WE been pushed back a day or is it just that it takes a day for them to recieve them once shipped?

yes i too was saddened today going to many stores to see if they had it in, but they didnt, it comes in tommorrow everywhere. So I guess i just gotta wait :P

I didn't know its coming out into stores that soon, do u know if that is all babbages? The sux, i just ordered mine from EA and won't be here for a few days.

the warlord edition (which is the original total war plus the mongol inv.) will be in all stores (babbages, electronics boutique, etc.) starting wednesday (at least it's supposed to)- the mongol invasion itself wont be sold in stores, it's only availaible online from ea

I got it today -- that's Wednesday -- in the stores...

So its out there. When I got there, it was the LAST box they had! They appear to be selling like hot cakes!

that depends on the shipping method you got. If you paid the extra 20 for shipping you coulda just got the warlord edition in the stores for the same price. If you got the cheap 5 dollar shipping like me then youll most likely get it thurs or fri...

That's what I figured. Paid the 5 bucks. Actually, I got an email from EAStore claiming that I have a UPS tracking number, but UPS's site shows no record of the number. Surmise that the packaging was done today and will ship out tomorrow, which means FRI/SAT I think. Does anybody know where they're shipping from????
