Made my first map and it is a GLORIOUS failure.

A couple of tips for the amateurs. . .
Water (lakes etc.) can make severe pathing problems. Watch out for sides that are too steep. A little heighth goes a LONG way.

You can make some very interesting shapes for mountains. I put some fantasy style high peaked mts. rising out of my lakes. Very cool looking. And the boats on the water are outstanding.

I can't wait till some people with talent make some more maps, maps that are fair but interesting- that lend themselves to tactical decisions.

I'll keep trying - when there's no one online to play, that is.
