What Mod can you recommend

Having browsed the files for downloading and improving MTW I was wondering what the fans of MTW could recommend. So many to choose from and are they compatible.
My congratulations to all those that have spent many hours on designing great mods for a great game

Good question. I'm sure they all have merit, but I'm also sure that some are more fun and some are more challenging.

I'd just like to be able to play the game enough to start my second un-modded MTW campaign. I'll never get around to the mods at this pace. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/frown.gif

Patrician is a pretty interesting mod and its the closest thing we got until RTW.

I also reccomend Kraellin's campiagn, I forgot the name though. It improves AI shipping and trading plus a bunch of other things.
