MP Newbie Question

I'm playing MP for the first time with MTW and I can only access Last Man Standing mode. According to the reviews I've read there should be more modes available but I can't find any info about them anywhere in the manual, readme, or the entire Internet multiverse http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif Do any more modes exist and how do I access them?

I believe CA posted here once upon a time that they got rid of the different game types in MP because very few people ever played them.

Thanks for the welcome Gregoshi. Pity about the game types as my friends and I definately prefer 1 v 1 v 1 v etc. (we've stabbed each other in the back too many times to trust each other as allies http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/tongue.gif ) Ah well, maybe they'll implement them in a later patch (fingers crossed) as they've left a spot for it in the MPHost menu, you just can't change it.
